  1. Log in to your screen connect account.
  2. Go to Admin > Appearances > Client Resources > UnderControlBannerTextFormat.
  3. Select “Edit”.
  4. Select “Custom” option and enter the text you want.
  5. Then select “Save Resource”.

Note: The changes may take some time to take affect. If you would like to check if it worked immediately, you will have to run a reinstall on a client machine. That will force the changes to take affect.
